I spend a good bit of my time in the evenings browsing on-line and saving images as I go that I like the look of. I have always had an interest in stairs and how they are made some of which I am amazed by to be honest. Most people look at an item of furniture and decide whether or not they like it, while I do the same I immediately work out how it is made and the best way to make it. I have spent hours trying to figure out how things are made especially with regards stairs, really elaborate stairs that I see from time to time.
I take the same approach when it comes to kitchens here at Woodale Designs. Years ago as a teenager I would look at what I thought were really beautiful kitchens and that I would never be able to make but by watching people I admired in the industry I learned that it was pretty easy and by continuing to do this I think it helps us in both our design and manufacture.
Here are a few stairs I’ve seen. Some are a bit on the crazy side, other with unique storage and then just beautiful stairs.
